    With a background in graphic design and marketing he loves to help out with neat designs, visual identity and setting up marketing strategies.

    After a career in education, Frances took a turn and opened her restaurant and later on a deli store. Her strong suits are in business organisation, HR and interior design.

    She believes the hospitality industry is in need for a new and sustainable approach, on the table and behind the scenes.
